Behaviour
We have a zero tolerance to verbal or physical abuse towards staff. Any damage caused to the building or property will be chargeable.
Personal Property
Knipe cottage accepts no responsibility for any damage caused to vehicles using the car park.
Booking Cancellation Policy
Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 14 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the 14 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of 100% of the booking cost.
