Knipe cottage is the perfect base for couples to explore the beautiful Lake District. The quirky layout of this cottage means you enter the property into the bedroom which has a King-size bed and a feature panelled wall.

Leading off from the bedroom is the cosy living area, the perfect place to cuddle up and relax after a day spent exploring Ambleside and all it has to offer, whether it's walking, climbing, or cycling the many routes available.

There is a door off the bedroom to the bathroom which offers a good size shower, the cottage is complete with a small but well-equipped kitchen that is ample for preparing a romantic meal for two. There is a handy pulldown dining table to maximise the available space.

Outside there is a small seating area for those sunny evenings when you want to enjoy a bottle of wine when the sun goes down.
